Has anyone picked up the DS version of Puzzle Quest? If so, what do you think?
I'll probably end up picking it up. Tycho (from Penny Arcade) likes it, and my tastes often line up with his. If I get it anytime soon (i.e., before the responses flood in or you get it), I'll let you know. :)

Our store is an authorized re-seller with Apple Specialist designation. Our cost for the product is far more than their sale price. TJ Max has done the same thing in the past with ipods, selling them far below our cost. I'd like to know from where they are purchasing their stock.

Exactly. Or, the 3rd party that TJ Maxx got them from could have sold them to TJM for a slight loss or break even, just to move them. No one knows what TJ Maxx has paid for these, so no one can say they are making a profit. Even if they did sell them for a loss, it's probably more than made up for it in the amount of viral advertising they've gotten so far.

My iphone 3g is stuck on the apple logo, i was able to turn it off about about a hour ago and get it into DFU mode. I then tried to restore and got the error 2002. And now it back to the continuous loop with the apple logo + spinning wheel, but this time i can't turn it off no what i try.
Any ideas?

PayPal will give the guy his money back. No question about it, this is a scam. It's misleading and there is no contract between the buyer and seller as the buyer was unaware that it was a picture and not actually a phone.

What kind of BMW do you recommend for a young bachelor business guy in a popular downtown location? I was thinking about the 3 series.

I am thinking of pulling the trigger with some new hardware. As a student, I know a route I can take is the student Apple Developer program. After searching for the ADC store to use the discount I notice its gone! Does anyone know if this program still exists?

I have a refurbished iPhone 4, 32 GB, I bought from at&t. It is in great shape, and was likely a return with in the 30 day window. I found out that if you buy a refurbished phone from Apple, the warranty resets to when you buy it, but if you buy it from at&t is is based of the original date of sale.

Well to be fair, the camera manufacturers are twats for recording to a delivery codec in the first place
I agree 100% with both of your posts. It still bothers me that compressor is the only application that can make full use of both my Mac Pro�s CPUs.
And I really hate the look of low bitrate AVCHD but we have to work with it nonetheless.
